AIR HANDLING UNITS
Activent has chosen quality as its target in the manufacturing of Air Handling Units, as in all its manufacturing. The only goal is always customer satisfaction. Air Handling Units are produced in the flow rate range of 1,000 - 65,000 m³/h and in 20 different models, offering the user a wide range of choices.

CELLULAR STRUCTURE
The Cellular Structure of Air Handling Units consists of a modular system. The assembly of the modules to each other is bolted from within the cell, and Neoprene-based sealing gaskets are used on the connection surfaces. The cells consist of aluminum profile carcass and sandwitch panels. Since there is no welded assembly in the manufacturing of the cells, they can be delivered completely disassembled if desired. Service covers are hinged on one side and have special door handles on the other side and provide complete sealing. Each fan or aspirator cell has a special observation window on the service cover and a lighting fixture inside the cell. The lighting lamp control button is mounted on the outer surface of the cell. The labels fixed on the cells are created in a way that contributes to general information about the modular cells that make up the Air Handling Unit and the device. These labels ensure that you are informed without any intervention in the Air Handling Unit.

CASE
The carcass consists of aluminum profile. There are specially formed PVC die-cast corner pieces at the corners. Neoprene-based sealing gaskets are used in the assembly of the panels to the carcass. The carcass form is such that it includes gasket seating surfaces.

PANELS
Panels are sandwitch panels. The outer sheet thickness is adjusted according to the device size, and the inner sheet thickness is standard 0.80 mm. The outer and inner sheet metal is galvanized, and the outer sheet metal is also delivered painted if desired. A hat is placed on the devices that will be used outdoors, protruding 5 cm from the device dimensions on all sides. Standard 70 kg/m³ density Rock Wool Air Conditioning Board is used as insulation. Optionally, Polyurethane Board or Glass Wool Board can also be used.
